viptk Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the viptk platform at viptk.co, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and viptk.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the viptk platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use viptk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a viptk employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the viptk platform.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.

viptk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on viptk. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• viptk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

viptk may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

viptk accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your viptk account in real time once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts. VIP accounts may have higher limits applied at the platform's discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• viptk does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals on viptk are processed to bKash or Nagad. The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes from the time of request.
• Gold VIP tier and above receive priority processing — under 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals that trigger a manual security review may take up to 2 hours.
• viptk does not charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider fees, if any, are the player's responsibility.

Before your first withdrawal, viptk may require you to complete identity verification. This is a one-time process. Once verified, future withdrawals proceed without additional documentation unless there is a change in your account details or a security flag is raised.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

viptk offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, depending on the promotion type.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• viptk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error, through a technical fault, or in breach of these terms.

Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed for closure.

All games available on viptk are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by viptk, the game provider, or the player.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. viptk does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical fault.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system. The result will stand.
• If a technical fault causes a game to malfunction, viptk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Players may not use automated software, bots, or scripts to play games on viptk.

The published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are based on independently audited data and represent the theoretical long-term return. Individual session results will vary and the published RTP does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player or session.

• Accounts found to be abusing the VIP program — including through coordinated wagering designed to inflate tier status — will be demoted and may be closed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on viptk and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or exploit the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them to support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing viptk staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

viptk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on viptk, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• viptk does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these terms, viptk reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits that are not connected to any breach will be returned to the player after investigation.
